These items are made to order and will ship within 10 business days of purchase. As these are custom ordered products, they are not returnable unless there is an error in the embroidery.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO: Most of our packages ship USPS First Class mail within 7-10 business days of purchase. Once your order leaves with a shipper it's literally out of our hands. We cannot provide refunds for orders that are late due to shipping delays. If you would like up to $50 of insurance included (which is provided by the postal service) and a faster shipping speed, please select USPS PRIORITY MAIL or UPS when checking out. Orders that select priority mail or UPS delivery do not qualify for the free shipping promotion.
